Job Purpose: To deliver the company’s objectives within North America Travel Retail/Duty Free, maximizing business opportunities with key customers and route to market to ensure delivery of annual financial results balanced with long term profitable brand growth
Functional Competencies:
People Management: Manage tasks within WGS project management framework to ensure delivery of agreed milestones
Commercial Excellence: Use commercial knowledge to drive profitable business growth
Business Awareness: Have a comprehensive understanding of own business area and its impact on the wider organization

Qualifications |
Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
• Educated to Degree level or equivalent in a Business related subject with related workplace experience to support application
• Excellent understanding and experience of working in both Domestic and Travel Retail channels
• Strategic Key account management
• Excellent influencing & negotiating skills
• Excellent Brand building capability
• Excellent financial skills with evidence of profit responsibility
• Spirits industry knowledge and experience preferable
